About the institution
This course is designed for anyone who has customer contact. This can be in pre sales, sales, a complaints situation or ongoing customer management. On completion of this course participants should be able to demonstrate how to assist customers to articulate their needs; Create and maintain rapport with customers and Identify and follow customer service procedures. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the course as part of Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Certificate IV in Human Resources.
