The Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Medicine allows students to understand how herbs can be used to promote health and restore balance in disease through an effective and holistic treatment. Students also learn the principles of plant identification, actions, indications and prescriptions of hundreds of herbs, then manufacture and distribute herbal preparations via the ACNT dispensary.
This course is not available to international students.
Students can submit their applications online by going to: http://www.acnt.edu.au/student-centre/apply. Students can also download the application forms (domestic or international applications) from the ACNT's website. After submitting the online application or hardcopy application form, students are also required to submit the following documents:
1. transcripts of relevant academic records (High School Certificate or Higher) and
2. any additional documentation to support their application (e.g. resumes, references and course credit application form).
3. Authenticated documents must be: original documents (i.e. testamur and transcript of results) provided by the candidate to an authorised Think: Education Group representative, copies of the original documents (i.e. testamur and transcript of results) provided by the candidate which have been either: notarised by a Justice of the Peace or equivalent authority in the country of origin or verified as a true and correct copy of the original documents by an approved Think: Education Group representative.

The Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT) is a college of natural therapies and beauty therapy located in the heart of both Sydney and Brisbane. ACNT offers around 80 natural therapies courses, massage therapy courses and natural beauty therapy courses.
