About the institution
This is the capstone valuation course. It has three themes. The first is a final lecture and workshop series on major urban valuation theory and practice. The second is related to the application of contemporary valuation techniques in an Australian context, whereby feasibility, market analysis and communication skills are reviewed and then tested in a capstone valuation exercise. The third theme relates to rural valuation, where students are exposed a valuation exercise of a major property in a rural area, and are required to apply the capabilities achieved in Rural Valuation into a practical valuation context.
