The Bachelor of Applied Science (Property) provides specific studies within the property field. You will undertake 18 property-related courses with a broad business/management context that offers a breadth of variety, and specialisation of knowledge. You will develop understanding and the ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems relating to all aspects of the property profession.
This degree is under review and may amalgamate with the Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation) in 2010.
