This course is for people who want the skills, knowledge and attitudes to perform basic bar and drinks service. Students will learn about the legal obligations of bar staff as well as customer relations skills, cash handling, and practical bar and beverage service skills. This is a Statement of attainment program.
This campus focuses strongly on training in electrical and engineering trades. The campus provides certificate level courses in access and general education, aged care, business, computing, outdoor recreation and hospitality. The campus also specialises in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering courses, with some at diploma level.
