About the institution
This course deals with the skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso using a commercial espresso machine, foaming silky milk correctly, the different coffees on the menu, the correct storage of coffee, cleaning, care and preventative maintenance of machinery. Learning the intricacies and subtle skills to consistently produce a perfect espresso, a smooth creamy latte or cappuccino takes time.
Students must enrol through our office. If they try to enrol at the venue they may find the course has been moved or cancelled due to insufficient numbers. Enrolment is automatic upon payment. They will be sent an information sheet only for classes where materials are required for the first lesson. We do not confirm enrolments. Once they have paid for the course they are enrolled unless we tell them. Course details, time and venue are as advertised. Enclose a stamped addressed envelope if they require us to send a receipt.
