This course is designed to help students become a better business writer. Writing business letters involves the same basic procedures as any other form of writing. The general principles that should be observed when writing business letters is that they are clear, complete, concise, concrete, convincing and courteous. Constructing effective business letters is the fourth (and final) course in the program Business writing skills- essentials. By completing this course they will be able to determine their purpose in writing and prepare a plan and structure a layout for their letters.
