This course aims to:
• Increase student’s level of confidence, experience and skills so that they can enter/re-enter vocational training or paid workforce.
• Introduce students to the skills and roles required to work in an office environment.
• Develop understanding of issues relating to the paid workforce.
• Introduce students to a broad range of choices in work and training.
• Increase students career and educational planning ability.

Attend the Compulsory Information Session on Tuesday 29th June 2010 at 12:00noon in L-G-25. The enrolment session will take place on the first day of class. You will be advised of this date at the information session at Mount Druitt College, Corner Mount Street and North Parade, Mount Druitt.
Located just a few minutes walk from the local train station, Mount Druitt College is Western Sydney Institute's main trade, technology and mechanical, civil, electrical and electronics engineering centre. We are a major centre for information technology (IT), transport and plumbing courses.
Modern information technology facilities support the advanced IT studies of students throughout Western Sydney.
Other College strengths include Aboriginal education as well as programs to meet the needs of unemployed youth and people from non-English speaking backgrounds.
