As the standard entry-level qualification for the beauty industry, the Certificate II in Retail Make-Up & Skin Care SIB20110 offered by Open Colleges (formerly Cengage Education) will provide you with the foundation skills required for employment in a beauty salon.
You will gain knowledge and skills that have wide application in the industry, including communication, customer service, merchandising and sales techniques.
