The Certificate III in Hospitality provides the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of hospitality settings. There is no limit to the wide range of opportunities in the dynamic world of the Hospitality Industry which spans the globe. This program, with an emphasis on front-of-house food and beverage service, will allow you to perform roles such as preparing and serving drinks at a bar, serving espresso coffee, serving food and beverage at tables in restaurants and cafes.
1. When you have selected your preferred course to undertake, check that you have met the entry requirements and have the necessary documents needed for the enrollment. If you do not meet the entry requirements, call Career Australia to find out about bridging subjects or classes that would aid your entry into the programme.
2. Contact Careers Australia to confirm on the course's location, commencement dates and fees. These information are subject to changes.
International students:
Some courses offered by Careers Australia are not applicable to international students, while some short courses that are less than three (3) months may not require a student visa. Please ensure that you check your visa eligibility with Careers Australia or the appointed Careers Australia representative before submitting an application.
3. Download the enrolment form from Careers Australia's website, and send it back to Careers Australia. The details are included in the application form.
4. Once your application has been assessed and is successful, you will receive a confirmation from Careers Australia. Some courses may require you to purchase textbooks or uniforms prior to the classes' start dates, please ensure that you have these items ready before you start the course.
