The Certificate III in Hospitality will provide you with the skills needed to work as a qualified chef in a commercial kitchen.
This course will provide you with skills including cooking, communication, teamwork, hygiene, health and safety and will provide you with a broad understanding of kitchen management. This course was formerly known as THH31502 Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
