Combine theory and practice to gain specialist skills and knowledge of material selection and storing, building codes and standards, quantities and estimating, contracts and more. Go on to work as a contract administrator, estimator, building consultant, site manager or licensed builder. Whichever path you choose, the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) will get you there!
The Certificate IV in Building and Construction requires the completion of 15 core units. It provides students the opportunity to apply for the "Builder-Low Rise" licence through the Building Services Authority.
