This program is designed for those working - or aiming to work as a contract bookkeeper or as an employee performing in the role of bookkeeper. The training provides the skills to establish and maintain accounting systems, assist with Business Activity Statements and other office taxes, handle payroll and develop organisational management systems. Graduates will be able to apply solutions to a defined range of problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide guidance to others or have limited responsibility for the output of others. The program offers an ideal combination of written and computer-based assessments that give students a comprehensive background in the highly sought-after field of business bookkeeping.
