"Goulburn Campus is the largest TAFE NSW – Illawarra Institute Campus in the Highlands District and offers a wide range of courses. Residential facilities are available for up to 38 students, making the Campus a major centre for students living outside Goulburn including those participating in block release and full time residential courses. Goulburn also has a Childcare Centre (accredited with the National Childcare Accreditation Council), which offers quality child care for 25 children aged 0 – 6 years.

Goulburn Campus has recognised the increasing need for variation in delivery patterns other than the traditional face-to-face training. These variations include distance education, self-paced learning, on-the-job training and on-line learning.

Goulburn Campus offers Business Services, Information Technology, Arts and Media, Human Services (Child Studies, Welfare, Aged Care, Hairdressing and Beauty, Massage), Tourism and Hospitality, Trades and Technology (Engineering, Transport, Primary Industries and Natural Resources, Building and Construction) and General Education and Access courses."
