Students will learn the tricks they need to know to create a successful sauce bearnaise, a cassoulet, and the most delicious of all desserts - the tarte tatin. Try their hand at making a cappuccino style soup, braise and glaze roasted meats, and finish with the seductive and soft melting dessert - the chocolate fondant.
