This beginners course is designed to provide the basic skills necessary to find their way around a computer. This course includes file management, mouse skills, working in the Windows Vista environment, basic internet search techniques and sending and retrieving emails with attachments. Participants also have the option to obtain a Statement of Attainment from the Certificate I in Information Technology qualification through successful completion of the assessment tasks.
