This course is an opportunity for small, micro and home-based business owners and managers to learn how to improve and grow their business. This innovative program is about saving time and money. This is a one day business planning workshop and a implementation strategy workshop to allow participants to prepare an action plan. This course contains up to 6 interactive online modules covering a range of relevant topics to e-business and e-commerce. The participants will be supported by an experienced mentor to help to find solutions to the challenges facing their business.
