These unique and popular classes are delivered on-site at local restaurants that are renowned for their ethnic authenticity. Each class will include an overview of the particular cuisine, a cooking demonstration of a range of dishes by the owner/chef and conclude with a group dinner to taste the dishes prepared. The format allows for ample time to mingle with fellow participants and the culinary educator over a glass of specially selected wine from either the local Geelong region or if appropriate, the ethnic region of the food prepared.

The Black Bull Tapas Bar's Daniel Brehaut is a classically trained chef who developed a keen interest in Spanish style Tapas and gained prominence during his time as head chef at the Empire Grill Restaurant in Geelong, for the memorable Tapas platters he served at weddings and corporate functions.
