About the institution
The Course in Vocational Literacy (Students with Special Needs) is designed for students with special needs. We concentrate on reading, writing, comprehension, spelling, grammar, speaking and critical thinking. The pace and teaching strategies used in these literacy classes are adapted to suit the requirements of the student with special needs. The student is encouraged to give feedback and to be active partners in the learning process. Class sizes are kept small so more individual assistance can be given.
There are several options to enrol for this course. You may enrol over the phone, online (full payment is required) or in person. Students should fill the complete application form and send to Brisbane North Institute of TAFE, Locked Mail Bag Eagle Farm BC QLD 4009.
