A great, inexpensive way to enjoy the local scenery as you travel along, tone up, stay fit, make friends and save money on transport costs. A qualified instructor will teach cycling and road skills in a relaxed, supportive small group. Students will have to own bike and helmet, make new friends and learn about: choice of bikes, adjusting for comfort and efficiency, getting the most from gears, fixing a puncture, bike path cycling, mixing with traffic, where to ride for coffee and cake etc. This course is very highly recommended by past participants.
