This course is one of the more difficult tasks in business and/or their personal lives is dealing with difficult people and handling complaints. This workshop looks at strategies on how to manage complicated situations. Study topics common personality types and behaviour patterns; identifying potential conflict situations, including complaints; strategies for dealing with difficult situations.
