Develop work priorities will provide the frontline manager with skills to analyse work objectives and priorities and incorporate them into personal schedules and responsibilities; assess personal knowledge and skills against competency standards to determine development needs and priorities; and plan work schedules, monitor the achievement of work objectives and effectively manage any factors that might affect the achievement of objectives. Participants must complete the learning and submit their evidence portfolio for assessment prior to December 8th 2008 in order to achieve a Statement of Attainment for this unit of competency.
