The course consists of two parts: (a) construction theory and drafting related to low rise residential buildings; and (b) construction theory and drafting related to residential, industrial and commercial buildings.

Situated in central Gold Coast, Ashmore is the largest of the five campuses. The parkland setting and spacious grounds offer a relaxing atmosphere for students to enjoy shaded recreational areas. Ample parking space is also provided at the campus.
