Human resource management skills include recruitment, selection and induction, performance management, HR information systems and legislative and IR responsibilities.

Learning hubs are located at the Brisbane North Institute of TAFE's five campuses - Bracken Ridge, Caboolture, Grovely, Ithaca and Redcliffe.
