Everyone loves hot cross buns and Easter eggs. Students will learn how to make both of these in this two-day course. This class will include round eggs and moulded shapes, the use of colour in chocolate, wrapping and presentation and, of course, different flavoured hot cross buns. National course ID: NA08EASTER.
