What will you learn in the Education Support-Aboriginal course?
This nationally recognised course is designed for Aboriginal people who work or want to work in educational settings as Aboriginal Education Support workers.
You will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to assist teachers working with learners. The course consists of a compulsory core with electives providing you with a choice.
You will learn about contemporary issues in Aboriginal communities. You will also learn about maintaining effective relationships with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people in the school and the community.
