In 1991, the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE was the venue for an Open Forum to promote a U3A , where the then U3A Network State President was the guest speaker. The arrangements for promotion of a U3A in Sunraysia had been facilitated by the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE, with the support of its Director. U3A is fortunate enough to receive initial financial support, by way of a substantial donation from the South Mildura Rotary Club, to assist in setting up the U3A . U3A have well appointed and comfortable meeting rooms, with a kitchen and disabled toilet facilities, situated within the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE, Benetook Avenue , Mildura , Victoria.
