The aim of this course is to enable participants to make judgments as a consequence of an OHS audit and to evaluate an organisation�s arrangements for identifying hazards, assessing and controlling risks, and monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the management of OHS and compliance against agreed benchmarks. This course is designed for Managers, supervisors, employees and OHS specialists. On completion of the course participants will be able to: Outline the criteria for an effective OHS program; Explain the need for a regular audit of the OHS program; Carry out an audit of the OHS program in their workplace and Discuss methods that could be used to implement change as recommended in the audit report. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the successful completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of the Advanced Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety.
