Students can feel good every day when they do 20 minutes of daily exercise that increases their heart rate and strengthens their body. Come and experience different ways of exercising for everyday fitness. Course aimed at intermediate students. Work at their own pace in a friendly relaxed environment.
The application packet must contain Completed all pages of the application form must be enclosed, Signed and dated in the application form, Attached sufficient evidence to show competency for each unit required, Provided certified copies of prior qualifications what they gained, Provided current contact details for future follow up from the College/Assessor, Completed enrolment form enclosed with the application, Included RPL and RCC Payment.
