This unit explores the specific characteristics and forms of those books that comprise the final section of the Hebrew Bible, The Writings (the third section of the Hebrew Canon, viz, Psalms, Job, Proverbs, Ruth, Song of Songs, Ecclesiastes, Lamentations, Esther, Daniel, Ezra-Nehemiah, and Chronicles), and pays particular attention to the revelatory value of these books for the community of faith today.

Tabor Adelaide is housed in historic heritage listed buildings which are National Trust listed and have served in the past as an orphanage and more recently an Education Centre. The campus is located within three kilometers of the Adelaide CBD on a main bus route. It is located in a pleasant residential area and is surrounded by beautiful parklands.
