In this course students will learn essential professional waiting skill sin food and beverage service, including customer relations, order-taking procedures, table allocations and settings, plate service, silver service skills, presentation and hygiene requirements. This comprehensive course also includes menu terminology, product knowledge, wine service and tray procedures.
