About the institution
This course is designed for auditing in hospitals, childcare facilities and aged care facilities only. Should students wish to audit in any other industries, please refer to RABQSA industry sector requirements. Topics include pre-audit planning and desk auditing, auditing standards, on-site auditing, audit reports, case studies, Codes of Practice, legal liability, HACCP knowledge and practices, hazard analysis, CCPs and preparation of a food safety plan.
