The course provides a broad range of options for study at the Graduate Certificate level. Students can select four (4) units from across a range of Faculty of Health units. It is designed for students who do not want to specialise but prefer to select a combination of units to meet their needs. Selection of units is subject to approval by the course coordinator.
Increasing numbers of electives are being offered through distance delivery and flexible delivery, which may include study modes such as block attendance, external study and online learning.
QUT staff will provide every form of assistance possible, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and validity of your enrolment. Your Course Summary is the authoritative source on which units to complete and the order of progression required to get you to graduation.
Make sure you provide an accurate mailing address for University correspondence and keep it up to date. Failure to receive a notice because of change of address is not a sufficient excuse for missing a deadline or obligation. The University will deem that correspondence issued to your recorded mailing address has been received.
You must activate your QUT student email as it will be used for a range of correspondence and notification by the University including Library notices and fee statements.
It is important to be aware of all Student Rules and administrative dates to avoid any financial or academic penalties.Policy and procedures on enrolment
