About the institution
The Graduate Diploma in Public Relations provides high-quality professional education within the broader field of communication, with a strong focus on public relations.

You acquire and fine-tune skills in practical aspects of public relations with a broad-based programme structure where practical instruction is balanced by an introduction to research methodology and communication theory.

With a focus on practical group work, you research and develop strategic communication plans with industry clients, form student ‘consultancies’, give feedback to your peers and receive advice of work experience and internship opportunities as they arise.

This approach helps to set the programme apart from its competition and serves students by creating confidence, knowledge and experience in authentic challenges.

The programme is ideal for students seeking to learn, understand and apply key aspects of public relations in corporations, consultancies, government and not-for-profit organisations.
Timely applications for postgraduate coursework programmes are due by:
10 November each year (Semester 1)
31 May each year (Semester 2/Midyear entry)

Note: Applications will continue to be accepted until all places have been filled. You are encouraged to lodge your application early.
