This course has developed for team leaders wishing to develop their skills in workplace assessment and training of staff. Those completing the course will receive a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104). Persons can either enrol in the full course or the separate delivery and assessment components.This course is recommended for persons involved in the assessment, training and certification of staff, particularly supervisors and team leaders.

Telephone enquiries are welcomed on (08) 9273 3033. Conditions of registrations are: Course fees are payable in advance. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required with the enrolment form. The balance of the course is required prior to course commencement. Placements on a course are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Cancellations received less than 3 working days prior to the commencement of the course will see the full fee being charged. Cancellation after course commencement will result in no refund. In the event that a course is cancelled by AMA Training Services, all participants will be notified and full refund offered. Alternatively, participants will be offered a place on the next available course. A substitution can be made prior to course commencement at no additional charge.
