This class will cover kitchen safety and knife safety, correct knife usage and skills, kitchen hygiene and basic nutrition. The chef will demonstrate the fabulous menu and then the students will replicate the main dish and eat the three course feast, which is served with fresh bread, Fiji Spring Water, selected wine and beer.
This Institute is a dedicated training provider for the hospitality, tourism and foods industries, delivering a range of courses from four-year degrees to short courses. Each year over 15,000 students including 1000 international students are trained at the main campus in Melbourne, Victoria. The Institute also delivers training direct to industry partners through offices interstate, four joint venture campuses in China and international consultancy projects around the world, as well as contributing to a number of ongoing local community programs.
