This course is not simply for the circus, but combines exercise, dance and fun into a workout that accommodates all levels of fitness. This will enliven the student's senses, tone their abdominals and build core strength as they learn how to command correctly sized and weighted hoops. They will enjoy a high energy workout as they learn skills that can be applied to the circus, dance floor or playground. Students should bring comfortable clothing (no skirts), bottle of water and towel.
