This course provides the knowledge and skills to implement a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database, and focuses on how to use SQL Server 2005 product features and tools related to implementing a database. Areas covered include: create databases and database files, data types and tables, XML-related features, plan, create, and optimize indexes, implement data integrity using constraints and triggers, implement views, stored procedures, functions, managed code transactions and locks, use Service Broker and Notification Services.
