This unit assists students to understand the dimensions of the ministry role and to function more effectively in this role. The topics explored may vary from semester to semester; however, as a broad guide, a selection of the following may be examined: the nature of Christian ministry - biblical and contemporary perspectives; developing and using personal gifts, spiritual gifts and ministry gifts; the ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers; contemporary moves of the Holy Spirit - implications for ministry.

Tabor Adelaide is housed in historic heritage listed buildings which are National Trust listed and have served in the past as an orphanage and more recently an Education Centre. The campus is located within three kilometers of the Adelaide CBD on a main bus route. It is located in a pleasant residential area and is surrounded by beautiful parklands.
