In this course, students will learn about the basic functions performed by a Justice of the Peace. Topics include the role of JPs in the community, Australian legal system, role of legal personnel, witnessing procedures and common legal documents, real property act, family court, wills and deed polls. On successful completion students will receive PADA Fulfill the basic functions of a Justice of the Peace.
