The School Based Apprenticeship and Traineeship (SBAT) program is open to students 15 years of age or over, in the later part of year 10 through to year 12 at school.
The program involves the student undertaking their Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) as well as being employed under an “Australian New Apprenticeship” program. Where they will be trained within a Vocational Education Training (VET) Sector.
The training program designed and delivered by KAL Multimedia Training is recognised by industry as being “Best Practice” and involves Block training periods, work placement periods of a minimum of 1 day per week, as well as classroom and flexible learning time throughout the program.
