This course is for people new to management, specifically those who have been recently promoted to the position of supervisor, leading hand or team leader. This is a Statement of attainment program.

The campus specialises in accounting, children's services, conservation earthworks, fine arts, fitting and machining, HSC, hairdressing, horticulture, music, plumbing, painting and decorating, real estate, shop-fitting, sign writing, travel, turf management, viticulture, welding and welfare.
