This introductory course is suitable for anyone in a leadership role or who is being groomed for leadership in an organisation. This may be in a company, government department, social or sporting association or any organisation where the leaders need to play a positive role. Learn about styles of leadership; the use of authority; situational leadership; developing an effective team; and the resolution of conflict. These issues will be addressed through discussion, self analysis and an extensive case study exercise. The discount fee is $148.
