The Public Sector Leadership programme, offered by Griffith University, provides a management education programme for public sector middle managers. This programme is a skills-based programme that combines tertiary study with experiential learning. It is a joint venture, with a collaborative partnership between Commonwealth, State and Territory governments.
The Master of Arts in Public Sector Leadership is available to any student who has successfully completed the Graduate Certificate of Public Sector Management.
The programme will:
* Enable participants to develop maturity as professional managers in the public domain, and
* Ensure an increase in flexibility and capacity to operate skillfully in the constantly changing public sector environment.
