About the institution
The two year Master of Design Science Illumination Design and secondary stream) program allows for the combination of the Illumination Design stream and another Design Science stream for interdisciplinary study.

Lighting design concerns the creation of interior and exterior spaces for work and pleasure. It is a vital part of architecture and interior design. This postgraduate program is one of only a few in the world. Its emphasis is on producing good lighting designers by introducing you to the multidisciplinary background of lighting knowledge before integrating this knowledge into the general process of lighting design. The program runs on a 2 year cycle, beginning again in 2011.For more information on Illumination Design click here.
