A workteam consists of a group of individuals who cooperate and work together to achieve a given set of objectives or goals. This program will discuss the characteristics of effective teams and introduce strategies to improve their performance. The units of study include MDT1 Characteristics of Effective Teams 50 % and MDT2 Improving Team Performance 50 %.
