This course provides basic administrative instruction with a strong emphasis on the medical setting, including: using advanced medical terminology, maintaining patient records, confidentiality, and working effectively in the workplace. With these skills, students will become a valuable administrative assistant in the workplace. This course includes the use of "Pracsoft" software.
