About the institution
This course will help students to establish an action plan to develop a positive customer service approach and identify ways of providing exceptional customer service, then this is the course for them. They will learn how to present a positive first impression, take responsibility for �Circle of Service� and show them the importance of follow up with both internal and external customers.
