This course is for people who want to work effectively in the role of a mentor in a workplace, education, custodial and/or community environment in a paid or voluntary capacity. They can successfully achieve the course outcomes by participating in education and training through one or more of the following: attending classes, distance or on-line learning, workshops, workplace and community based activities. This is a Statement of attainment program. Students can join at any time i.e. multiple entry and exit points over an 18 week period.
This institute has various educational facilities within its area of operation that can be made available for use by other external parties. Facilities available include: general purpose classrooms, computer classrooms, trade workshops, seminar and conference rooms, and other educational facilities.
