Japara House has a committee of management which is responsible for governance, strategy and policy. There is also an executive committee, which overseas Japara Group's financial controls. The Manager co-ordinates The Bridge Community Garden Centre in Kilsyth (this is like a mini-community house) Japara Neighbourhood House and Montrose Public Hall as well as a team of dedicated part-time staff and volunteers who are committed to being part of the community and who value social interaction in a relaxed atmosphere.
